Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $10 will be applied to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking returned items. However, if the product you received is defective or damaged, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and the restocking fee will be waived. You can choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at Official@ftfmart.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.

c. Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email with the RA number clearly written on it.

d. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for defective or damaged items.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee if applicable.
