Cancellation Policy

FTF Mart offers a 30-day cancellation policy for all water bottles purchased on our website. To cancel your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the cancelled order.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

Items that have been used or damaged
Items that are not in their original packaging
Items that have been purchased more than 30 days ago
Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping cancellations. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
